Appointment shall be cancelled if the name, Hap ID (Australia only) and Passport number do not match with original.
If appointment shall be cancelled/rescheduled, it should be done 24hours in advance.
If you don’t attend on scheduled appointment time/date you will need to reschedule the appointment.

If a client is found to have performed an IME using his/her HAP ID (Australia only) from a different clinic, the existing appointment in our clinic will be terminated without any information.
