Dr. Dhirendra Kumar Malla is a Senior Consultant Emergency Physician at Nepal Mediciti, renowned for his expertise in emergency medicine and general practice in Nepal. He holds an MD in General Practice from the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Kathmandu, and has completed a prestigious Fellowship in Emergency Medicine from Bern University, Inselspital Bern, Switzerland.
With over 10 years of clinical experience, Dr. Malla has served in several of Nepal’s leading healthcare institutions, including Bir Hospital, Beni District Hospital, and Janamaitri Hospital. His extensive work in Emergency Departments and Critical Care Units has established him as a trusted name in emergency and critical care services.
Dr. Malla has a strong professional interest in Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS) and Emergency Medical Services (EMS). He is actively engaged in managing complex critical cases and contributing to innovative medical research.
Passionate about medical education and training, Dr. Malla regularly mentors medical students, nurses, and paramedics, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
