Dr. Nirvan Rai is a highly skilled General and Laparoscopic Surgeon with specialized expertise in Gastrointestinal (GI) Surgery. He completed his MBBS in 2009 from Xinxiang Medical University, Henan, China. Early in his career, Dr. Rai gained valuable hands-on experience working in the Emergency Department at Bir Hospital, Kathmandu.

In 2016, he earned his Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery from Manipal College of Medical Sciences, Pokhara, Nepal. Following his postgraduate training, Dr. Rai worked as a Surgical Registrar at Om Hospital & Research Centre in Kathmandu for a year, further honing his surgical skills.

Since 2017, Dr. Nirvan Rai has been an Associate Consultant in the Department of General Surgery and Digestive Disease Center at Nepal Mediciti Hospital. He is an integral member of a highly experienced surgical team, performing a wide range of advanced general and laparoscopic surgical procedures.
