Dr. Pralaya Khadka is currently serving Nepal Mediciti as Registrar in the Department of Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery. He has completed MS in General Surgery from IOM, Kathmandu and FCPS in Thoracic Surgery.
Certified by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) as a Fellow in Thoracic Surgery, Dr. Pralaya has demonstrated a profound commitment to his field through rigorous training and significant clinical experience. He has completed specialized training in thoracic surgery at Lady Reading Hospital – MTI Peshawar, Pakistan, and Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Centre in Kathmandu, enhancing his surgical skills and expertise.
Dr. Pralaya is actively involved in the medical community, holding memberships with the Thoracic Society of Nepal and the Society of Surgeons of Nepal (SSN). His contributions to the field include presenting on complex surgical cases at professional meetings and participating in international congresses on cardiovascular disease management. Besides his academic excellence Dr. Khadka remains dedicated to advancing thoracic surgical care and improving patient outcomes in Nepal.
