He holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Cebu Institute of Medicine and an MD in General Practice from the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Kathmandu. Dr. Singh’s medical excellence is underscored by his board certifications and international qualifications. He has been certified by the Nepal Medical Council, holding a permanent medical license since 2007.
