With a robust educational foundation, Dr. Rai earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2013 and completed her Master's in Pedodontics and Preventive Dentistry in 2018 from the prestigious B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan, Nepal. Her pursuit of excellence extends beyond academia into a plethora of workshops and training programs, where she delves into cutting-edge topics such as Digital Dentistry, Lasers in Paediatric Dentistry, and Basic Life Support, among others.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning and advancement, Dr. Rai is an active member of various esteemed professional organizations, including the Nepal Medical Council (NMC), Nepal Dental Association (NDA), Nepalese Association of Paediatric Dentistry (NAPD), International Association for Dental Traumatology (IADT), South Asian Association of Paediatric Dentistry (SAAPD) and Nepal Association of Dental Research (NADR). She is also working as Assistant Professor and member of the Institutional Review Committee (IRC) at People’s Dental College and Hospital, Kathmandu, Nepal.
