Dr. Anna Sharma

Dr. Anna Sharma is the Principal Consultant and Head of the Department of Paediatrics at Nepal Mediciti. She completed her MBBS and MD at the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University. Dr. Sharma has an extensive background in paediatrics, having worked in both reputed private medical colleges and the private sector, where she honed her skills in managing paediatric care.
At Nepal Mediciti, Dr. Sharma oversees the management of paediatric outpatient, inpatient, and ICU services, demonstrating her comprehensive expertise in all aspects of paediatric care. Her leadership extends to her roles on several key committees at the hospital, including the Drug and Therapeutic, Internal Complaint, and Academic Committees.
Dr. Sharma is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Nepal Paediatric Society (NEPAS), the Nepal Medical Association (NMA), and the Association of Health Professions Educationists of Nepal. Her involvement in these organizations reflects her commitment to advancing paediatric medicine and contributing to the development of health education and professional standards in Nepal.
