Dr. Aquila Shrestha
Senior Dental Surgeon and Head of Department
Dr. Aquila Shrestha is a Senior Dental Surgeon and Head of the Department of Dentistry at Nepal Mediciti Hospital. She is a renowned dental professional, embarked upon her career path after completing her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Bangalore University in India in 1996. Following this accomplishment, she began her tenure at the National Dental Hospital, Nepal in 1997. In pursuit of further knowledge and expertise, Dr. Aquila pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in General Dental Practice from the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 2004, which solidified her commitment to staying current within the rapidly evolving realm of dentistry.
In 2001, Dr. Aquila joined Healthy Smiles, as a General Dental Practitioner. In 2007, she started working for Smileweavers, as an Executive Director. Additionally, she has served as a Past Executive Member of the Nepal Dental Association.
