Dr. Bhuwan Kayastha, is the Principal Consultant in the Department of Radiology at Nepal Mediciti. With more than two decades of experience in diagnostic imaging and medical education, he has established himself as a leading radiologist in Nepal. He earned his MD in Radiodiagnosis from the Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, in 2004, following his MBBS from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh.

Dr. Kayastha served as a Lecturer in Radiology at Kathmandu Medical College Teaching Hospital, where he was actively engaged in teaching, clinical practice, and training young radiologists since 2004 to 2017 AD.

His areas of expertise include advanced imaging techniques such as CT, MRI, ultrasound, and X-ray, with special focus on cardiovascular and thoracic imaging, musculoskeletal radiology, and head and neck studies. He has been an invited speaker and faculty member in numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and CME programs.

Dr. Kayastha has also contributed extensively to academic research and has published multiple scientific papers and case reports in reputed journals on topics ranging from congenital heart anomalies and fetal biometry to breast cancer imaging and advanced CT/MRI applications. His dedication to patient care, combined with his academic and clinical expertise, makes him a key figure in advancing radiology services in Nepal.
