Dr. Grisuna Singh is a highly experienced Consultant Anesthesiologist and Pain Physician with more than a decade of clinical practice in anesthesiology, interventional pain management.
She completed her Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management at Seoul National University Bundang Hospital, South Korea (2019–2020), one of Asia’s leading centers for pain medicine, where she gained advanced training in minimally invasive interventional techniques for complex acute and chronic pain conditions. She has broad clinical exposure to interventional and chronic pain management including cancer and non-cancer pain, diabetic and drug-induced neuropathies, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), fibromyalgia, trigeminal neuralgia, epidural and caudal procedures.
Her professional journey includes academic, tertiary care, and specialized oncology settings, where she has contributed significantly to both clinical practice and medical education. She served as Lecturer in Anesthesiology at Nepalgunj Medical College, where she was actively involved in teaching undergraduate medical students, training anesthesiology residents, and managing operation theatre systems. She also gained extensive experience in obstetric anesthesia at Paropakar Maternal and Women’s Hospital, particularly in providing labor analgesia and managing high-risk obstetric cases including patients with complex cardiac conditions. She has worked as a Consultant Pain Physician at Nepal Cancer Hospital and Research Centre, where she has managed a wide spectrum of cancer-related and chronic non-cancer pain conditions.
Dr. Singh also brings strong academic contributions to the field, with peer-reviewed publications in national and international journals and presentations at major scientific forums organized by the Society of Anesthesiologists of Nepal and the Nepal Medical Association, SAARC Federation of Oncologists (SFO) reflecting her continued engagement in advancing pain medicine and anesthesiology practice in Nepal.
