Dr. Lata Bajracharya Shakya is a Senior Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist postgraduated from Institute of Postgraduate Medicine & Resaerch, Dhaka Bangladesh in 1984 and completed FRCOG from Royal Thai College Obstetrics & Gynaecology in 2003 and obtained fellowship in Operative Laparoscope in Gynaecology from Benefield Hospital, Germany on 2006. And since then Dr. Bajracharya served at Paropakar Maternity and Women's Hospital, one of the biggest Maternity hospital of Nepal for 27 years. Later, she became the Director and Chairperson of Development Board of same hospital. She has presented papers at various national and international conferences. Dr. Bajracharya has marked her name to many research publications of which Outcomes of Instrumental Deliveries ( Vaccum & Forceps ) on mother & neonates and Role of Endoscopic Surgery & its Outcomes in Infertility are well known. Dr. Bajracharya has conducted health camps in rural areas of Nepal in collaboration with Government of Nepal, different NGOs and local Community hospitals.
