Dr. Pabitra Maharjan is a Senior Consultant Gynaecologist at Nepal Mediciti, known for his comprehensive clinical expertise and strong academic foundation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He completed his MBBS from the College of Medical Sciences in Bharatpur, Nepal, and pursued his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Kathmandu. His academic journey has been further enriched with specialized training in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Trauma Life Support, and Advanced Laparoscopic Gynaecology Surgery, completed across top medical centers in Nepal, India, Thailand, and Korea.

With a career spanning several healthcare institutions, Dr. Maharjan has gained extensive clinical experience in both emergency and inpatient care. He started his medical career as a Medical Officer at Global Hospital Education Foundation Pvt. Ltd., where he worked in the ICU and medical wards, managing critical and complex cases. He also contributed to emergency medical services at the Institute of Medicine, gaining valuable frontline experience. As a Registrar in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Civil Service Hospital, Dr. Maharjan played a vital role in delivering high-quality gynecological and obstetric care, supporting both routine and high-risk cases.

Dr. Maharjan’s professional dedication is further reflected in his membership in the Nepal Society of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (NESOG), where he actively engages with peers and contributes to the advancement of women’s healthcare in Nepal.
