Dr. Prajjwal Raj Bhattarai is a highly skilled anesthesiologist with over a decade of experience in the field, specializing in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and pain management. His exceptional expertise has garnered him a stellar reputation among peers and patients alike. Dr. Bhattarai completed his medical education at a prestigious institution and pursued specialized training in anesthesiology, which has been further enriched by clinical skills training and workshops conducted in various countries.
Throughout his career, Dr. Bhattarai has worked in several hospitals and medical centers, including notable roles at the National Academy of Medical Sciences and Civil Service Hospital in Kathmandu. At these institutions, he has contributed significantly as an Assistant Professor and Registrar in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care, respectively. His extensive experience is complemented by numerous published research papers and articles that focus on ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and pain management.
In addition to his clinical and research achievements, Dr. Bhattarai is a dedicated educator and mentor. He founded the URAN Foundation, where he serves as President and General Secretary, with the goal of advancing education and training in anesthesiology. Through his work with the foundation, he is committed to enhancing the field and supporting the development of future anesthesiologists.
