Dr. Rajiv Mishra is a junior consultant with specialized training in GI Surgery at Nepal Mediciti. He obtained his NBMS-SS in GI Surgery from Nepal Mediciti Hospital, MS in General Surgery from Bir Hospital (NAMS), and his MBBS from BPKIHS. Dr. Mishra has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic pursuits, as evidenced by his thesis work on the effect of BMI on morbidity and mortality in patients undergoing emergency abdominal surgeries and gallbladder infundibulum as a guide for ductal identification in Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy in Nepali population at a tertiary care hospital.

Dr. Mishra's contributions to the medical field extend to published research. His work includes "The role of laparoscopy in bowel obstruction: A retrospective study at a tertiary care hospital" published in Magna Scientia Advanced Research and Reviews, and "Primary Leiomyosarcoma of left sided colon: a case report" published in Nepal Mediciti Medical Journal.
