Dr. Rekha Sthapit is a highly experienced Principal Consultant with over 20 years of clinical expertise, specializing in preventive healthcare, wellness, and primary care. With a solid foundation in General Practice and an advanced super specialization in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Sthapit is renowned for her patient-centered and holistic approach. She emphasizes preventive screenings, routine health check-ups, and long-term wellness management to help patients maintain optimal health throughout their lives.

Throughout her distinguished career, Dr. Sthapit has made significant contributions to clinical practice and medical education in Nepal. She has served as an Associate Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine at Manmohan Memorial Medical College and Teaching Hospital. Additionally, she held senior roles including Senior Consultant and Assistant Professor at the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Bir Hospital, where she played a key role in advancing emergency care and general practice education.

Dr. Sthapit’s academic influence extends to her work as a Lecturer at People’s Dental College and as a Consultant in the Department of General Practice and Emergency Medicine at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital.
