Dr. Rinku Joshi is an experienced physician and clinical hematologist with extensive expertise in internal medicine and blood disorders. She completed her MBBS from the University of Science and Technology Chittagong (USTC), Bangladesh, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine from the National Academy of Medical Sciences (NAMS), Bir Hospital, Kathmandu. She further advanced her specialization through a Fellowship in Clinical Hematology from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Patna, India. He has been perusing Fellowship in Bone Marrow Transplantation from Sharda Care Healthcity, Sharda University, India. 

Dr. Joshi has more than two decades of clinical experience. She served at Shree Birendra Hospital, Kathmandu, where she worked as a Physician and later led the Department of Hematology as the Head of Department. Her clinical practice focuses on the diagnosis and management of complex hematological conditions as well as a wide spectrum of internal medicine diseases. 

She has also been actively involved in academic medicine. Dr. Joshi served as Assistant Professor and later Associate Professor at the Nepalese Army Institute of Health Sciences (NAIHS), contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate medical education while mentoring medical trainees and physicians. 

Beyond her hospital work, Dr. Joshi has participated in international medical missions and medical camps, including service in Burundi (Africa) as a Senior Medical Officer and participation in international collaborative health programs. She has also contributed as a medical planner and physician in several humanitarian and international healthcare initiatives. Her contributions to healthcare have been recognized with the COAS Commendation Badge in 2018.
