Dr. Sangam Rayamajhi leads the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery at Nepal Mediciti with a dual focus on both reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery. His extensive training began with an MBBS from BPKIHS, Dharan, followed by a Master’s in General Surgery and Magister Chirurgiae (MCh) in Plastic, Reconstructive, and Cosmetic Surgery from the prestigious Institute of Medicine (TUTH). Dr. Rayamajhi's balanced expertise ensures comprehensive care in both reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.

Before his current role, Dr. Rayamajhi served as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Medicare Hospital and Norvic Hospital, where he gained significant experience in the field. His special interests include advanced microsurgery techniques such as replantation and free flap procedures, as well as brachial plexus surgeries involving nerve and tendon transfers. He is also skilled in a wide range of cosmetic procedures, including facial aesthetics like Botox and filler injections, blepharoplasty, facelifts, brow lifts, and neck lifts.

In body contouring, Dr. Rayamajhi offers male breast reduction (gynecomastia) through liposuction, female breast reduction and augmentation, and comprehensive abdominal and body lift procedures. His expertise extends to lipofilling (fat grafting) for facial and breast enhancements, addressing deep wrinkles, lip and cheekbone augmentation, and breast augmentation.
