Dr. Sanju Babu Shrestha is the Principal Consultant and Head of the Department of Dermato-Venereology & Cosmetology at Nepal Mediciti. He is highly esteemed for his expertise in dermatology, venereology, LASER treatments, and hair transplant surgery. Dr. Shrestha is also the founder and President of the Nepal Society of Hair Restoration Surgeons (NHSRS), reflecting his leadership and commitment to advancing the field.

He completed his MBBS degree at Sylhet MAG Osmani Medical College, Sylhet, affiliated with Chittagong University, Bangladesh, and pursued his post-graduation in Dermatology, Venereology, and Leprology at B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (BPKIHS) in Dharan, Nepal. His advanced training includes specialized programs in dermatology, aesthetic procedures, LASER, and hair transplant surgery at prestigious institutions such as Keimung University and Dongsan Medical Center in South Korea, along with various centers in India.

Dr. Shrestha has performed numerous successful hair transplant surgeries using both FUE and FUT methods and has engaged in robotic hair transplant Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs. Recognized as a pioneer in hair transplant surgery and LASER treatments in Nepal, he has a distinguished track record in executing a wide range of LASER and cosmetic procedures to address diverse skin-related issues.
