He completed his MBBS from the prestigious B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences, Dharan with the Highest Marks in General Surgery in his Final year MBBS and was awarded Late Dr. Awadh Narain Memorial Prize and completed his MS general surgery from Nepal Medical College, Kathmandu University.
