Dr. Suman Baral is a distinguished Senior Consultant in the Department of Internal Medicine and Endocrinology at Nepal Mediciti. He earned his MBBS from MCOMS Pokhara, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine from Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, and holds an MRCP (UK) specialty certificate in Endocrinology and Diabetes. His professional experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor in the Endocrinology Unit at TU Teaching Hospital and as an Internist at Civil Service Hospital and B & B Hospital. Dr. Baral also has over a decade of experience with the International Organization for Migration.

With a prolific record of over a dozen publications in national and international journals, Dr. Baral is renowned for his extensive case bank on “Hypoglycemia in Non-Diabetics” in Nepal. He has a strong interest in integrating technology and precision nutrition into diabetes management and has been managing endocrine tumors related to the Pituitary, Thyroid, Parathyroid, and Adrenal glands since the beginning of his career. His proficiency includes performing dynamic hormone tests crucial for diagnosing smoldering endocrine disorders.
