Dr. Sunila Basnet is a Principal Consultant pathologist at Nepal Mediciti, where she has been serving since 2018. She obtained her M.D. in Pathology from Manipal College of Medical Sciences in Pokhara, Nepal, in 2011, and is certified by the Nepal Medical Council. Her professional journey includes a significant tenure at KIST Medical College, where she worked for five years as a consultant pathologist, contributing to both clinical services and medical education.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Basnet was associated with Helping Hands Hospital and Kathmandu Pathlab, an ISO-certified laboratory, where she honed her skills in diagnostic pathology and laboratory management. She has also gained substantial experience in teaching medical undergraduates, reflecting her dedication to the academic aspect of her profession.
