Selisha Tamrakar is a dedicated and skilled clinical physiotherapist at Nepal Mediciti with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Padmashree Institute of Physiotherapy. She has experience in the therapeutic management of outpatient departments, inpatient wards, and intensive and critical care units.

Her clinical skill includes handling pre-operative and post-operative patients, as well as assessment, diagnosis, and physiotherapy management of patients with neurological disorders, cardio-pulmonary diseases, musculoskeletal disorders, geriatric conditions, paediatric conditions, and rehabilitation for the disabled at the community level.   

Selisha has gained practical experience through her work at Nirvana Physiotherapy and Wellness Center and Nepal Mediciti Hospital, where she currently practices. She is committed to continuous learning and professional development, as evidenced by her participation in various conferences and workshops, including the 58th Annual Conference of the Indian Association of Physiotherapists and workshops on pain management, neurodevelopment treatment in adult hemiplegia, hand therapy and splitting, and the McKenzie Technique. She also has Basic Life Support training.
