Physiotherapist
Sneha Hamal is a dedicated and ambitious physiotherapy graduate, licensed under the Nepal Health Professional Council (NHPC), with a strong educational foundation and an ardent commitment to maximizing the well-being of patients. She graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from MS Ramaiah Medical College, Bangalore, India, where she not only excelled academically but was also a member of the college women's basketball team and was part of an evidence-based research project on stroke rehabilitation. Her dedication to community service is evident from her involvement in interdisciplinary programs, including rural health postings and health awareness campaigns.
During an internship at MS Ramaiah Medical College Hospital, Sneha gained worthwhile experience in a wide range of specialties that include orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and geriatrics. She acquired the skills to conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and implement a wide array of therapeutic interventions.
Her experience is not confined to traditional hospital settings, with internships in a special school for children with disabilities and the Ramaiah Sports Rehab Centre, which speaks of her adaptability and flexibility. Additionally, she was actively engaged in tele-programs, undertaking online geriatric exercise programs, which shows that she is able to use technology for patient care
