Our Cardiology Department at Nepal Mediciti boasts some of the best and most trusted cardiologists, who have honed their skills over many years, mastering the art of cardiac procedures and successfully addressing numerous heart conditions and anomalies. The department comprises top interventional cardiologists, cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, cardiac anesthetists, cardiac perfusionists, and nurses, all available around the clock to perform a wide range of cardiac procedures. These include cardiac bypass surgeries, interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology procedures, electrophysiology of the heart, and paediatric cardiology for diagnosing and treating infants and children with cardiac conditions. Our Non-Invasive Cardiology services are comprehensive, offering ECG, Echocardiography (both adult and paediatric, including TEE), Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABM), Holter Monitoring, Treadmill tests, and Stress echocardiography. 

Our clinical cardiology services include standard electrocardiograms and advanced imaging techniques like 2D echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms. We conduct treadmill stress tests, Dobutamine stress echocardiograms, 24-hour Holter monitoring, and 24-hour ambulatory BP monitoring. Additionally, we offer Transesophageal echocardiograms (for both paediatric and adult patients) and bubble studies (Saline contrast studies). The Invasive Cardiac Laboratory is equipped for a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, performing diagnostic coronary angiograms, coronary angioplasty, primary and elective PCI (available 24/7 for emergency PCI), and peripheral angiograms and angioplasties (including carotid, renal, mesenteric, and lower limb). Other services include temporary and permanent pacemaker insertions, right heart catheterizations, and device closures for ASD, PDA, VSD, IVC filter insertions, implantable cardiac defibrillator (ICD) insertions, and pacemaker generator replacements.
